10.  Consideration and possible Restoration Authority authorization to disburse up to $968,916 to Marin Audubon Society to prepare technical studies, refine designs, and conduct environmental review and public outreach for the Tiscornia Marsh Restoration and Sea Level Rise Adaptation Planning Project, which will develop plans to expand marsh habitat, increase flood protection, and provide public access at the mouth of the San Rafael Canal in Marin County. 11.  Consideration and possible Restoration Authority authorization to disburse up to $57,026,673 over a five-year period to the Santa Clara Valley Water District for design and implementation of the South San Francisco Bay Shoreline Project in the community of Alviso, City of San José, Santa Clara County. 12.  Consideration and possible Restoration Authority authorization to disburse up to $600,000 to Ducks Unlimited, Inc. for final construction planning and design of Phase 2 South Bay Salt Pond Restoration Project actions proposed for ponds between Old Alameda Creek and Alameda Creek Flood Control Channel at Eden Landing Ecological Reserve, Alameda County; and adoption of findings pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
